Mr. Kim Siritaweechai is the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at Intouch Holdings PLC, Thailand’s leading value-creation asset management company in the telecom and media business.
Mr. Kim has more than twenty years of experience in managing finance for various business lines. He started his career as an Audit-Operation at SGV N-Thalang Co., Ltd. in 1992. He later moved on to assume the Chief Accounting of International Broadcasting Company in 1994, before taking up the Financial Planning Specialist at Shin Corporation PLC in 1995. Mr. Kim was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management in 2014. His duties include overseeing the subsidiaries performance, reviewing the company and its subsidiaries strategic direction, business plan, budgets, Balanced Scorecards and Key Performance Indicators. He is also responsible for investor relations and feasibility study on new opportunities in various business sectors. In addition, Mr. Siritaweechai is a member of the Board and the executive committee of subsidiaries in INTOUCH Group.
Mr. Kim graduated from Thammasat University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 1995 he returned to Thammasat University to obtain a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Head of Invent
Narongpon Boonsongpaisan is Head of InVent at Intouch Holdings PLC, where he leads new business development for new growth opportunity of Intouch group. He previously helped establish “InVent” and invested in “Ookbee” in 2012 and also helped establish a joint venture “High Shopping” in 2015. Narongpon currently sits on Intouch VC committee.
Narongpon has over 12 years of business development and managerial experience in telecom, media, technology, and digital businesses. Narongpon holds a Ph.D., in Engineering from University of Warwick (UK)
Maneerat works as Financial Analyst in both Venture Capital, involving throughout the whole investment process including sourcing, due diligence, execution.
Prior to join Intouch, she worked in IDI Fund as a Private Equity Investment Manager, also having work experience in investment banking and corporate banking.
For education background, Maneerat graduated from MIF (master in finance) of Thammasat University and BBA majoring in Finance & Banking of Assumption University.
Siraphop, or mostly called by his nickname Tong, majorly takes care of the pre-investment part where he delves into business opportunities from the deal flow with an aim to create highest strategic and financial returns for the Group. Interested to become an entrepreneur one day, Tong also leverages his entrepreneurial mindset and skills in supporting startups to grow post the investment. Tong holds a master’s degree in Financial Economics from NIDA, a drastic shift after finishing his undergraduate level in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. Prior to joining InVent, he was well-known among the telecom investment community in the role of Investor Relations Manager at Advanced Info Service PLC, a subsidiary of Intouch. With his strong commitment in pursuing exciting and refreshing tasks, he was seen as a fit to InVent where he can play an important role in contributing growth to both the Intouch Group and the Thai startup ecosystem.
Rapicha is a Venture Capital and Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying new investment trends and opportunities, sourcing new investment deals, screening potential business target, and structuring and executing deals for venture capital investment in early-to-growth stage startups with promising technological innovation to create both synergistic and financial returns for Intouch Group.
Rapicha has prior work experience in business development and commercial planning at Thai Oil PCL. (TOP), in which she was responsible for performing market analysis to deliver business insights and source new growth opportunities, conducting feasibility studies of new investments, formulating integration strategies with TOP Group’s existing businesses, as well as collaborating and building partnerships with key stakeholders in the development and execution of new strategic initiatives.
Rapicha received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (International Program) with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University. She was awarded a scholarship by Thai Oil PCL. to pursue her graduate studies and received her Master of Science in Economics and Strategy for Business with distinction from Imperial College Business School, U.K.
Lalita works as Marketing Specialist of InVent by Intouch Holdings PCL., responsible for planning all marketing activities to represent the corporate image and its expertise, creating online content, researching new investment trends, supporting both offline and online events.
Before joining InVent, her prior working experiences were in the finance field as being Credit Analyst at Bangkok Bank PCL., and Finance Assistant at United Nations Office for Project Services. Lalita received a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing with merit from Cranfield University, U.K., and her undergraduate level in Financial Economics from Thammasat University.
